Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Skin AImobile application (the “App”) operated by Craze Software, LLC(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Skin AI, or the minimum age your country requires for online services (whichever is higher). If you’re between 13 and the age of majority where you live, your parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. The Service

Skin AI provides AI-powered skin analysis from selfies, generates personalized AM/PM skincare routines, and surfaces product recommendations sourced from third-party retailers. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Not a medical device

Skin AI is a wellness app, not a medical device or substitute for professional dermatological care. Skin scores and routine recommendations are estimates produced by AI; they can be wrong. Consult a licensed dermatologist for any condition that concerns you, before starting any new ingredient if you are pregnant or nursing, and before using prescription-strength alternatives. Do not use Skin AI to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

3. Your account

You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for notifying us promptly at support@aiskinapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions

Skin AI offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription with full features. Subscription billing is handled by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), not by us directly. Current pricing is shown in-app at the moment of purchase.

  • Free trial — eligible new subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
  • Auto-renewal — subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Refunds — refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies. We cannot issue refunds directly.
  • Price changes— if we change subscription prices, we’ll notify you in advance. The new price will only apply to renewals after the change takes effect.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload selfies of anyone other than yourself, or photos you don’t have permission to use.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to access our infrastructure beyond what the App offers you.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App or any AI output.
  • Use the App to harass, harm, or invade the privacy of any person.
  • Violate any law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Affiliate disclosure

Some product recommendations in the Shop section include affiliate links. If you click through and purchase, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. We pick products based on fit for your routine, not affiliate payout.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design, logo, brand assets, and the underlying software are owned by Craze Software, LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Content you submit (selfies, journal entries, etc.) remains yours. By submitting it you grant us a license to process and store it as needed to operate the App, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from inside the App (Settings → Delete Account). We can suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for legitimate business reasons (e.g. discontinuing the service in your region).

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE AI ANALYSIS IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Craze Software, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING TWELVE MONTHS OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Craze Software, LLC from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the App or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in those courts.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We’ll change the “Last updated” date and notify you in-app for material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new Terms.
